Padron 1964 Corona. When I buy this instead of one of the 1926’s I delude myself that I am budgeting .

Wearing my 1950s Jaeger LeCoultre Memovox “Parking” - it’s a pretty dinged up version of this watch, though I happen to really like the patina on the parking dial in particular, but I saw it at an estate sale and was just charmed by it. It was introduced right at the moment of mass car ownership and proliferation of municipal parking meters and you could use it to set up to a 2 hour alarm for your meter - or I guess your Padron time in this case!

I just finished smoking a Don pepin gordo it’s by the My father company. It was pretty good smoked and tasted pretty close to a Cuban. It’s rated 95 Nicaraguan long filler tobacco. The taste definitely changed for the worse at the boot so I couldn’t smoke it down as far as i usually do with my regular cigars the olivas v series. Was pretty good tho I’d smoke it again.
