Can any of you guys recommend some quality beans that i can purchase. I doubt i will be drinking espresso straight up - but it will be a base for late/cappuccino drinks. I just Purchased the Breville Barista Express and looking to find some nice beans for it. Because i couldn't find anything better, i picked up some Starbucks Sumatra beans at the grocery store.

I am thinking about ordering - Lavazza Crema & Aroma, but i would like some feedback on other beans. Looking for a medium roast, not to dark and heavy, but with a nice crema. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Wallenford Blue Mountain have to be the best beans I've ever bought, expensive but sometimes pic up on Amazon for a good price.
Other than that I use Starbucks Expresso coffee beans (plus you can get a free latte instore with the empty packing ) :hehehe:

Moka! The Italian stove top pots, get a stainless steel one not aluminum. Caffe Barbera is a great roaster out of Sicily. I won't have my coffee any other way then Moka.

So - Machine arrived last night. Set up was a breeze. Poured my first late last night and another this morning. Impressed by the machine, but will have to get better coffee. The starbucks sumatra is not the best by any means. Minimal crema. Overall the drink came out well but can be much better given some better beans.

Awesome man! Let me know how you like the machine. I need a machine for my place. We have the nespresso lattissma in my lab. It was donated, so we can't complain. But it serves its purpose for macchiatos and such.. With that, I have zero recommendation for beans lol Just wanted to say let me know how the machine works out! Enjoy mate.

So far i am loving the machine. My dad has a 1K yura at home and at first it was cool, but i realize that its completely automated and you cant really customize anything there. So far this machine has been really nice - with my vast knowledge of making 3 cups on it so far LOL. But for the price, its really good i think. Plus it comes with pretty much everything you need except for the beans and a container where to store them.

I'll look into it. I have been wanting one for awhile, and have been on the fence with a few. Most people I know don't drink anything other then standard coffee so I can't ask them. I look forward to the 50 cup review! Lol

I like the Nespresso and for $20 a small Mr Coffee is hard to beat.
