Not meaning to interrupt the convo here, but curious to know if anyone knows if factories plan on repping the 50th anniversary additions. Specifically looking at Ref. 26730OR.OO.1320OR.01. Cheers if anyone can point me in the right direction (I tried searching for request threads for factories, only found a seemingly out of date one for Puretime).

I do not have knowledge about what will be repped or what won’t be. But I know for sure that new reps get released periodically. So what you’re hoping for may be released too in due time.

It does not work that way. You won’t get different qualities or variations of the same model from different dealers. Just use any of the dealers found here.

There are many TD to give you the same watch ! If I were you, I would compare the price with shipping cost. Jtime has expensive shipping cost, tha's a fact. But are you sure you can wear a 44 mm watch ? Maybe you could make a try in a store before because it's very heavy and many people are injured

You can try Sead, it's supermirrors. He has no website but if you know what you want, he will find it. The are no taxes, even from Asia, don't worry !

He's not a TD, you are right but he is a seller on DHG for a long time and people are very satisfied (more than 2400 products sold). He can get cheapie or the best rep.

Non TD - no staff assistance if shit hits the fan, whatever, whenever that is.

There are many many non TDs on the web who’s able to offer cheaper prices for the same watch. Members are of course free to purchase the watches from wherever they please but for such sellers they need to bear their own risks associated with purchasing from a non trusted (by RWI management) source. We want to encourage members to purchase from the trusted dealers here as a rule. Of course buying from a non trusted source does not mean that you get scammed automatically but let’s leave the non trusted sellers out of threads for new clueless members to pick up. Also such a move can be construed, erroneously or otherwise, as experimenting with or testing the trustworthiness of a non TD by using other members by baiting them to do the purchase to see how it turns out before doing it yourself. To spare all the hassle let’s just leave the promotion and mention of non TDs out.

You can write what you want, to start off a discussion or not. I didn't know we were in a public space in which it is impossible to give an opinion on sellers from a platform like DHG or AliE. So, to sum up, we are only allowed to speak well of TD even if we had good experiences with other sellers

Yes I am aware of such a section and glad you are too. The non-trusted dealers can be discussed there, that’s the main reason the section exists.
There is also a section for member sales. It does not mean that watches should be offered and sold in the AP section because the member sales section exists in the same forum.

Do you need me to dance it out for you so that you understand? I highly suggest you take a step back and realise that two members of staff have tried explaining this to you (although it shouldn’t have needed explaining at all but that’s a different topic altogether). Mention your dealer all you want, in other threads or the non TD section. This thread is specifically aimed at new or the ones that are not very knowledgeable about AP. So suggesting to order from non TDs will need the necessary disclaimer that RWI staff will not assisting at all in the event of disputes or scam. It can always happen, no matter how well one’s reviews are. Happened before and will happen again (even by TDs but that was well before your time on here) but at least if it happens when you bought from a TD you’ll get all the assistance possible from staff.

Anyway- this discussion (which didn’t need discussion and back and forth to begin with) is done now. Please refrain from posting another reply stating your reasons and disagreement or whatever.

If one dealer offers it, you can send a link of the watch to any trusted dealer and get them to source it for you.
