LOL. Got the lucky one in the middle. Lume is not as good (i.e. tritium) as the one in the bottom but at least it has the proper datewheel, meaning dumb ol me can wear it straight out of the box without needing to mod it any further. I'm a lucky bugger. And yes Alvin, slap me again. I'm wasted!

Yeah Hooligan, I've learnt from the best of the trade. Thanks for the advice, Master....

Anyone know where I can get a lume job done on the 024? It's kinda too white don't you think? Being a tad bit picky here but it is supposed to have a yellowish hue to it. Am I right?

Ok guys, This is getting to be on the must have list. I haven't been able to find a person to sell me one of these with a polished Bezel and no hash marks. I guess the "No hash marks" thing is not important. But the Polish is. I have a Smithy 3 in one lathe mill drill press in my garage and i can cut the hash marks off myself. But what i want to know is how do the markers come out of the bezel? Do they screw out or break the glue and then glue them back in? Also if someone has a source for the polished bezes let me know.

Regards

HI :

I stay in replica world since 4 years, normally in spanish forum, RWG,and i was here before with other name colorao ( but I can´t write with my other username ), and this is one of post " the 024 club " most impresive to me .
I was looking for a good 024 with polish bezel and I found this post with these increible pictures.

If you know anyone who wants to sell it please tell me !!!! I would like to get one.

The pictures are increibles and the 024 VDB picture is crazy.

How is possible to get one apart from to buy other member ?

Thanks by these pictures.

colorao, sadly I don't believe anyone is making a 024 rep without the hash marks on the bezel right now. So, the *only* option is to buy one from another member. Good luck!

This is one I shouldn't have sold....
