Carefull there when you manually wind the lebron.

Basically the A3126 on your AP is an A7750 with decorations mimicking Cal.3126. The A7750 with second hand at 12o'clock is considered as a time bomb because the non jeweled additional gears upon moving the second hands from 9o'clock (it's native second hand position) to 12o'clock, and there are rules upon treating the A7750 (see the A7750 movt section for more information).. CMIIW

Try to find yourself a friendly Watchsmith and service the movt mate, see how it's turns out.

I will definitely take a look and consider that. I've had no trouble so far thankfully, I think it may just have been due to it sitting still for a long time, so I hope it stays that way for a while. I'll still look for a watchsmith just in case but I hope it doesn't come to that.
Thanks for taking the time to help me out! Appreciate it.

It would be easy if there was a simple answer.

Personally I'm looking at a sea-dweller with a superclone 3135 movement. It's more expensive and hopefully better than the Asian 2836-2 25J.

Which superclone 3135 if I may ask?

There are three 3135 movt out there that being used on Rolex reps.

1. Y3135 (Yuki 3135), this movt is indeed a Rolex Cal.3135 clone, you can put gen Cal.3135 parts in it. This movt have a good reputation in terms of reliability especially if you serviced it and add gen parts, it would adding it's robustness for many years.

2. A3135, this movt basically is an A2836 with decorations mimicking the Rolex Cal.3135. In terms of reliability, it would be the same as regular non decorations A2836 among the best movt out there, besides that this movt is easy to fix.

3. SA3135 (Super Asian 3135), about this movt, well compare to those two above this movt is worse, because it have a bad reputations. Broken stem, bad power reserves, broken gears are among the problems that occur.

Personally I wouldn't choose the SA3135, unless I'm going franken. If you don't have any plan on going franken, then the A3135/A2836 is your best bet mate.

Thanks for you reply. I was actually looking at a SA3135 from puretime. I'll rethink that. He also has one advertised as Asian 2836-2 25J automatic movement at 28800vph I don't know where that fits in the picture but it's cheaper.
Can you point me to a seller using the movement you recommend?

Just use Puretime mate. They can provide you SD4K with A2836 like this : http://puretime01.com/sea-dweller-116600-black-ceramic-11-noob-best-edition-a2836-v2.html

That's great.

So to carve it out in stone "Asian 2836-2 25J automatic movement at 28800vph" is the movement you recommend when you recommend A3135 since it's basically the same just decorated? I'm also curious about the -2 and 25J parts. I read some of the Rolex Wiki here but I'm currently kind of overwhelmed by information.

How does the watch you linked to compare to http://puretime01.com/sea-dweller-deepsea-116660-black-ceramic-v7-1-1-noob-best-edition-a2836.html? It seems like v7 supposedly has more detail and the movement seems to be the same.

LOL.. Don't read it all mate, just stick with the one you wanted to know.

That is a different model mate, one is 116600 seadweller 4k (40mm) the one that I showed you, and the other the one you pointed out is 116660 deepsea seadweller (44mm).

Zeinharis, I really appreciate your advice. I do want to try to avoid buying something of bad quality :). Can you please tell me if you think "Asian 2836-2 25J automatic movement at 28800vph" is the kind of good movement you're referring to when you recommend A2836 movement?

I've been looking at some watches with this movement as well as some with ETA2836 movement. But the ETA2836 cost almost twice as much. I don't need the best of the best just something good that will last for maybe 10 years and which I don't need to set the time twice a week.

Yes the Asian 2836-2 25J is the one that I refer mate, a brand new ETA2836-2 is even better.

Can I just ask does that mean the A3135 is just a dressed up version of the A2836?
Internals wise they are the same.?

The A3135 uses a fake balance wheel bridge and engraving on the auto framework. You can see also the difference on the crown wheel, auto mechanism modules etc. between those two.

How do you order a super clone vs a clone? For example, I will need a 2836-2. If I'm interested in getting a high quality (super clone) as stated in this thread.... How do I find one? As far as I can find, there is only sea gull or Hangzhou and both companies do not advertise different grades of one movement.
