Are the breakthroughs in sausage dials and case design from H-fac limited only to the 000 and 005, whereas the 390 remained unchanged with noob still on top (390)?
No word about 111? Anyone got latest H-factory? Any pics, comparisons with V3 and thoughts on which one is better option? I like 000 but 111 is still 111 and nothing can replace it.

Dial design as far as I know is limited to only 000. A few members who bought the new 005 sent me some pictures and they also claimed that the cavities are not there.
I was thinking the same thing, just hard to figure out from the info at hand so far. I suppose noob's case-set is still tops though
Anyone noticed that the dial Indices, markings for latest Hfac 390 seems to be too dark? I recently bought one for a co-worker and it seems to be too dark. Unfortunately I already sold by Noob 390 to compared with...but overall, the dial and hands from Hfac looks better in my opinion other than the dark indices, although the indices looks well done as compared to the Noob. From what I recall, the dial and hands on my Noob looks rough and the "Luminor Panerai" writing doesnt look good....
The indicies are slightly darker (the pic below makes them appear lighter than they are). Also, the "LUMINOR PANERAI" wording color should at least match that of the indicies, but it too is darker.
Like the current Hfac 000 dial, their 390 dial also has recessed/engraved indicies as evidenced by this pic (you can clearly see the lume filled in at "9" and "6"):

I've previously held a gen 390 on one hand and the noob on the other and from what I recall, the Noob case is almost identical. So if I compare the noob case against the latest Hfac, Noob is still way better overall. As for the dial and hands, unfortunately both are still off, unless you can mix and match.

There is no doubt about Noob PAM 390 is better than old H maker cases
The question is the compariosn between Noob PAM 390 and H maker and KW "NEW" cases

Unfortunately I no longer have a Noob 390 to compare with, but the Hfac I have right now (000, and 390) are supposed to be new improved cases and I think they are.....the 000 is awesome and the 390 is slighly a one step below the 000 in terms of overall quality. IMHO, I would still choose the latest 390 Hfac over the NOOB if no Modding is required. I had a few Noob 390's and the dial, lume, hands finish are rough compared to Hfac....the only issue I see with the 390 Hfac dial is the slighly darker indices. I wonder if the gen indices darkens over time???

Exactly what I've been wondering since it was said that the new h-fac sausage printing is also present on their 390.

I've been trying to study the pictures that members posted and imo, generally 390/v4 case is still the overall winner. H fact still has issues like the thick bezel, lug shape and screw hole (from my obeservation). They are also very inconsistent in their cases as one of the members had a 000 with really bad lugs, nearlly attached to the top of the case. H fact gives me the impression that they will cut corners as long as it gets the job done. Not much to comment on KW as i hardly see them in the forum lol.

Those are good matters to discuss
Sausage dial: You would need to bear in mind that 390 sausage dial is a bit different from 000 and 005 sausage dials. 390 dial has more flat lume application than 000 and 005. We can say that 390 dial is more like printed and with less obvious cavities. In this regard Noob and new H maker could be almost the same and accurate enough. Obviously new H maker 000 sausage dial is almost perfect and much more accurate than V2.5 Noob
Regarding the case the main problem of current H maker is the inconsistency of the cases, there are perfect cases and wrong cases with old and new parts mixed in the current batches. Noob PAM 390 case is very good and very consistent
