Imo 47mm on 6" is too big. I'm at 6.25" and feal 47mm pams are too big. Having a thick strap helps but adds to the bulkyness.

At 6" I think 44mm PAMs might be a challenge let alone 47mm mate, sorry.
This is a 47mm PAM382 Bronzo on my 6.25" and it feels like a clock!

Looks amazing on your wrist . I think 42 mm is perfect for 6" wrist. But unfortunately there is no super pam gold rep in that size. 231 is well 1:1 at 44 . Thanks mate

Actual small wrist people: what do you do for straps/bracelets? All my non-rep watches I've had to get new short straps for. What if you have an AP that takes a special strap and you don't want to pay $300 for a gen xs strap?
I'm looking at getting a Sub or possibly a GMT and I'm worried the bracelet isn't sizeable down to a <6 in wrist lol. All of my previous watches were leather straps so this was never a problem.

Pam 372 on 6.5" wrist. For some reason this case feels much larger on the wrist compared to any Pam Submersible 47mm and Pam Radiomir 47mm I've owned.

did somebody try a solid steel bracelet on a ap offshore? I wonder if a steel diver bracelet will fit a 6.5 wrist?
