Thanks for the quick response friend.

That was my concern as I found the RGRC I had wore pretty large. I just love the look of the Schumacher and by all accounts it's a great rep. I suppose I can always flip it m2m if it's too big I suppose.

RGRC fits perfectly on my 6.25" but you will need to get an XS strap for comfort.

Not sure about the size in relation to schumi and FCGP but the FCGP wears large but comfy on my wrists!

I have a 6.5" wrist. I find wearing bracelets helps to mask my skinny wrist.

It's getting difficult finding watches to buy that are proportional to a skinny wrist.

There are watches for any size of wrist. This thread shows a lot a of good examples.
I respectfully disagree. The vast majority of watches being produced are 40mm+. The majority of watches in this thread are Rolex @ 40MM, AP @ 41MM+ and Panerai @ 44mm. Obviously that's the direction the watch industry has been headed for the last 10 years. It will be interesting to see if it begins to adjust.

Why do you believe it should. My gen APs were bought in the 1980s, and actually look a bit silly on my 6.5inch wrist now, just too small. It all depends on what you get used to. I even like my Carbotech, and that's 47mm.

In fact with things like the Apple 'watch' around, it might be things will get even bigger since the displays are unusable with old style wristwatch sizes.

Going back to 2006, I found it strange that many wristwatches were using what were traditionally pocket watch movements. Personally, I didn't see the value in a 47mm watch that had no functality over a 40mm watch. If anything, it was clunky on anyone but Arnold Schwarzenegger sized people. Obviously, some of those brands had diving and aviation heritages, however realistically, both of those professions now have significantly improved digital equipment.

Look at men's suits for an example. Shoulder pads, skinny, single breasted, double-breasted. The styles come and go. I believe watches are the same.

Agree and Just like clothes doesn't matter how small your wrists are, more the shape the proportions that will say whether a watch looks good or not

I'm sporting a 6.75 incher and recently acquired my first two reps: a Rolex DSSD (43mm I think?) and a Submariner 16610 (40mm). Here are some action shots. I put the sub on a NATO that came with a Timex Weekender.
