I got a 6.5ish inch wrist and I've never had any issues with wearing my noob dssd
Well, to be strictly accurate, you're not wearing it on your wrist, but on the radiocarpal joint...
That's the wrist isn't it? Wikipedia says:

PAM177 on a NATO from Nato Strap Co. Their straps run smaller than Maratac and the like. Generally around 10.5" and the lengths are all listed. Mine fits on the sixth to last hole with a 5.25" wrist.
