I appreciate your suggestion & I really wish that was the answer; but I actually wore the VSF Sub really loosely to test that theory & got same skin reactions on both wrists(different days).
Hmmm that is disappointing. I sometimes get a similar mark when I wear my Panerai on rubber bracelet or the AP diver I used to own too tightly, most likely secondary to heat and sweat building up under it.

I'm giving up on this VSF Sub

Good decision
Next time, just listen to my first post

Yeah, I forgot that part. Remember reading that yesterday now. Have someone else wear it to see if they get a similar reaction? The fact that you're still getting a reaction through either a sticker or bandaid is a little weird and almost inexplicable. So weird.
Thanks again for your helpful suggestions. As I previously mentioned, Chinese Intelligence sent this VSF Sub to specifically target my DNA cuz they found out what I used to do in the US Military back in the day:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

It's definitely perplexing. My VSF Sub may need an Exorcism😅

Google up « nickel allergy watch »
Seems many are getting that with Apple Watch

Also, some literature
I actually researched Nickel allergy before posting. It is very strange that I still got skin reactions even after placing different barriers(plastic, etc.) under the caseback & on my wrists(tried on each wrist/different days). Time to move on from it. I really appreciate this forum & everyone's help.

Maybe try wiping the inside of the bracelet off with a solvent like acetone before a good soap and water wash? Take it off the watch head first so you don't get any on the insert or gaskets.

The bracelet won’t cut it. The caseback also generates his rash
If we can get the rash to stop on the bracelet part of his wrist then at least we can narrow down if it's something on top of the surface of the metal versus the nickel in the steel alloy. He can always remove the case back and clean it the same way.

Thanks for the helpful suggestion. I'll try the acetone & good wash afterwards on the bracelet tomorrow.

When you wash it, it would be a good idea to put some of whatever soap/solvent you use on the other wrist to see if there is any reaction to that.

Otherwise you might have to get rid of that wrist. You might find a good replacement at a local second hand store.
