Hey fellas, I haven't been on here in years. Long time member, but locked out of my old account "kohr" since that hack or whatever happened over here some time ago. I don't have the email address to reset my password. I don't know if a MOD, or Admin can help me with that?

Anyways, I started a 1680 built many years ago.

It was a Puretime 1680 I sent off to JMB of RWG, who re-drilled the lugs, reshaped the case, crown guards, installed a TC tube/crown, and new Clark plexi crystal. I then had another member of here who aged my hands/dial. He did a awful job, and I never wore the watch again, he ended up banned from here if I recall, his modder name was Mike something, again this was years ago.

So it's a new year, and I've got this watch sitting in pieces in the draw for many years. I'd like to rebuild it with a new dial, and have a modder age it properly.

Where did you guys get your re-finished Tiffany & Co dials?

Who would you guys recommend today to mod 1680's? I need polishing, rebrushing of the case/braclet, and a new dial installed, maybe aged. Also my get crown installed, and I water proof testing.

I just had Oascom polish my gen Ananta GMT spring drive along with my JB Omega SMP rep and the work was absolutely stunning. He is very good.

It's finally happened. Christmas came early (or late - I don't care)

Beautiful datewheel. Is that a MBW?
I’m in the middle of making one very similar. Just need to print a few and test fit them.

I’ll prob end up selling it and start a new build. Inserted in building a 5513 once my 16800 is done.

Building is way more fun than wearing them imo.

Love all the builds. Keep it up fellas!

There’s always that one guy that just makes the rest of us look like chumps... lol Jesus! That has to be the most beautiful 1680 I have seen here. The insert just completely makes the watch though- STUNNING!!!
