I got this 2 weeks ago and I'm so glad I did my home work. The build quality of this grill is superb. I know talking about high end grills is like comparing Lambos and Farraris but I love my Napolenon! Even the cover is pure quality.

Simple to make too...
Cut a few potatoes in half then hollow them out. Add Seasoning:
Grill upside down on medium for 5-8 minutes. You are looking for the Grill marks:
Flip over. Add butter, bacon and cheese:
Cook for 5 more minutes. Devour:
You can also add chives and sour cream after you take them off the grill.
These really are SIMPLE to make and always a big hit. I make em every time I grill now.
