No that was BK who replaced the xtal on everything. TC was very proud of his inserts too always trying to improve them.Yeah, already have a gen insert and a eta 2824-2 to install. I'm debating on crystal and crown. Didn't tc used to say that he only recommended to replace the insert and the crystal?
Sounds like BK alright. I had one. He took the TC added a gen ETA, Gen crown, Gen xtal, H4 pinion and a gen insert. It was a long time ago, only thing I'm remember well was he going apeshit on cannon pinion's height, h4 or nothing
Holy crap, that must have stick in my subconscious, that was my plan...Sounds like BK alright. I had one. He took the TC added a gen ETA, Gen crown, Gen xtal, H4 pinion and a gen insert.
Hey @tripdog when you have the time can you please chime in?
As far as I know yes. Also some late V5s I think and V3 hands. It was so long ago at this stage.Just out of curiosity, all v6s come with kh dials, right?
14060 dials are slightly smaller in diameter than the 16610’s. As a matter of fact, so is the 14060 case by comparison. My understanding is that it can be “made” to work and has been done by a few members here, but there will be some compromise if you’re intent on building one.
I didn’t think TC made ceramic subs.
This is a custom watch ( waterproof at 50m, service movement, bezel scalloped polishing, bezel cleaning and re lubrication, polish rehaut and polish case and bracelet edges) I got it outside from rwi before I knew this forum.which according to him all is factory Vsf submariner 126610LN.I didn’t think TC made ceramic subs.
