The bottom timepiece is a Waltham, a close version of my great-great--greaat-uncle's watch that he lost on the Titanic.
A close match to Einstein's watch is on the top shelf, second from the left. I can tell you the Apple Watch gets the least wear time. Interpret that as you will from a CTO and AI leader.
I made the case out of an existing sweater storage unit and used plexiglass with motion-sensing LED strip lighting. Just walk into the space, and it greets you, slowly fading up to illuminate all your options for the day.
This collection began while I was living in my 20s on the Côte d'Azur, with a few functional additions like the Casio G-Glide, useful for biking routes that cross islands accessible only at low tide. The rest are based on stories from my years in the Mediterranean and the Alps, plus my love of the sciences, with the Snoopy and Einstein pieces.
Strategically, I'm holding back on some Cartier exposure. Watch this space.
