One of the best looking BP SD here.
Nice job and well described what you have done and improved.
How many hours did you work on this?
The result is top notch. unk:
Marvelous work bro. Do you happen to know what size your dial was? I have a 28.0mm dial I would like to try using in a similar build. Thanks, what a beauty!

Awesome, thanks very much for the pics! So in your first Franken, the BP case originally had a 28.88mm dial and your replaced it with a 27.32mm gen dial, is this correct?
If so, that looks good for me using a 28.0mm dial in a BP case.
BTW, your second watch looks great too, nice side benefit of having spare parts lying around, well done!
The SA3135 BPSD came with the 28.88 mm dial . The 27.32 dial is not the one i've used . I've used another blistered one but i'm pretty sure it had the same diameter.
The larger BP dial is used to center the movement as well, this is why i had to improvise and make a gasket for the movement to say centered after using a gen dial . So yeah a 28 mm dial should fit .
I still wouldn t recomend this project to anyone. Too much hassle. The watch came out great but I still avoid wearing this just because of the hate I ve built up during the build
Here is a better pic of the 2nd one:
This required some mods as well but things were easier so I actually enjoy this more now lol.
