thank you sir !
I will pm you Phong and Jensen websites...I strongly suggest before you order anything from them you talk to them and explain exactly what you want and are looking to do. If what you are looking for is not on their websites, they can get it for you, so def reach out and email either way...

brushing looks sweet. Mind sharing the technique ?
This looks very good. Congrats. I use a diffrent technique that allows me to brush in a straight line every time .
I don't use a buffing a wheel . I use a 3M green scotchbrite pad.
Rather than to rub the pad against the bracelet i glue the bracelet down in place to a square piece of thicker wood.
I then take another square even thicker piece of wood an place on top of the scothcbrite pad so that only a small part of the pad is covered.
I then put the fist piece next to the thicker piece with the bracelet facing the pad and start going up and down.
This allows a perfect straight finish every time .
Good tecnique!
The most important thing is the final results!
I just finished my sd43.
I got it on m2m full of scratches and never polished.
What do you think?

1. I think you got an amazing deal since arf is out of stock on this one
2. I like it but i want to see an interior lightning shot just to make sure it's as good as i think it is.

Does 16600 gen insert fit right into BP case? or did you use 14060's instead?
My fabulous plan failed this evening
I've managed to make the gen gasket less tall but stacking 2 gaskets on top of eachother and pressing them together just isn't possible.
So the next solution i have in mind is to make a custom nylon gasket . Here are some drawings that will makes things more clear :
And here is the custom gasket i need :
Will search for a company able to make such gaskets.
I think I'm able to realize this nylon gasket...Are you in EU?
Yeah that can be done but might as well do gen sd if ypur goimg to bother imo...
andrei01 Im sure you know Phong has a killer 66 and 666 SD case with almost perfect lugs and cg....did you not want to $$ ??
I think Phong does a 1665, but I have never seen a triple six let alone a 16600 on his site. Same for the other Vietnam case sellers. I believe they all do only vintage models, with the 16610 as an exception (and if you ask me, those never look as close as a TC anyway, or even a V2 JF).
If a lathe were available, is it a simple process to modify to fit a gen crystal? Is there enough metal to do it?
