Update on my package sent back to China after the movement complete messed up.
Been sat in customs there for the last 2 weeks. Mary watch is slow to respond. Is this normal?

There really isn't a great solution for this. Polishing it will smooth out the scratches but will usually discolor it further.

Puretime uploaded new root beer reps without any info then they took them down.
it looked like bezel color was the same (accurate), insert fonts were still not too deep but they looked slightly better than current gmf or BP. Crystal and date font was better. I’m not sure which factory made it but I don’t think it’s gmf or BP judging by the date font and cyclops.

BP works with A2836 which is very reliable.
in a Closed back we do not need more decorated movements. This is something that surprises me
I meant a clone of the actual movement, the sh3186. If I’m gonna put some money into a build, I want chs
I think I’m getting a second hand noob gmt v8 or v7 with their sh3186 to switch with, so I can have a correct hand stacks. What do you guys think?? I originally bought from BP, and switching to GMF 904 braclet,and with the correct hand stack soon, maybe a gen crystal, and then I’ll be done?? This watch is such a stunner, never a Rolex fam before.....

Yes but I don’t mind it. No one is gonna to analyze the watch once it’s on my wrist. And if it is the case, I have no problem to admit it’s a rep.
sh3186??? I think you mean a3186. You want to put a3186 into BP root bear? what makes you think a3186 will fit into BP case?
when it comes to switching bracelet to gmf, BP version has better sel sides so I woudn’t switch BP bracelet with gmf unless gmf did some silent upgrade which I HIGHLY doubt.
I want a 904L, I am more comfortable with a heavier bracelet. I can always switch between the BP and GMF... the sel doesn’t really bother me that much...
and I’m thinking of switching the bezel, dial, hands, and bracelet to the noob, so I can have the correct hand stacks. And the noob one can move over to my bp....
