Hey mate, great watches.
Just a question, how come your Gen panda 116523 has bezel of 116518...with a White Gold Bezel like Markers?

Long story short the bezel is used from a yellow gold 116518 panda dial..awaiting for my bezel to arrive..the clock has had lots of beating and i m fixing it slowly and steadily...the crystal is a rep one..so its not ready yet :/

Guys don't kid yourself !

I see 2-3 gen Daytonas a month at my Job
I deal very high end retail , and the Gens always look super thin on peoples wrist , I see them at about 24" at my desk as my clients are signing contracts, the rep 7750 really looks twice as thick as the gen
proof

if you like the functioning chrono GO FOR IT BE HAPPY!
But dont think it will pass as a GEN !

Can't say bigger is better for this one

One other important factor that most don't realize is that Daytonas both gen and rep are not 40mm, they're only 38.5. So the thicker case makes it seem more chunky cuz it's not proportional. It's not like a SeaDweller thicker than a Sub. On a smaller Daytona it's more obvious.

About the lume color, it was always green on gen till 2010, then switched to blue (along with bigger GMT clasp).

watchguyusa1 Thanks for that photo. No way I'd get the 7750 after seeing that!

Gen daytona is 40mm, what do u mean by 38.5?

I had a look at TDs website and did not find any noob version with 13mm thickness. What is that site you refer to??

It's Trusty Time (Andrew) but I'm sure that they write anything. It's a 7750 movement then the thickness will be the same as the others. If they had succeeded this feat, I think they would have mentioned it more ostentatiously!!

i have the noob daytona v2 and the quality is much better than the JF daytona. i had the JF daytona too and sold it.
the only problem we have is the thickness. noob need to make a 4130 clone one day then i could be perfect.

It's not only about thickness. It's about a watch that rarely works for more than 3 months.

If you happy to spend 300 bucks on this option, please do.
