This isn't really a new movement. It's the same movement with some things slightly moved around. You still have a lot of the same major issues...the decorative gear right next to the hand attachment that's nonfunctional and not connected to anything...the escape wheel that's in the wrong place...and other distracting differences that I wouldn't care about in another watch but can't be overlooked in a skeleton.

Not trying to be negative. I'm elated that they've made progress, but I'm silently cheering them on to keep going. I hope they eventually clone the movement or at least take another stab at it to make it closer to gen.

Absolutely stunned by the quality of this watch! The movement and decos look super spot on and the finishing is actually really good on it.
The rotor is not audible and you can’t hear the movement run, even when the watch is pressed against the ear.
There’s no stuttering of the hands when setting the time.
It winds smoothly
The strap is very soft and I don’t feel like I’ll break it off the case when putting on and removing the watch from my wrist.
The NTPT looks great as well. From what I’ve been told and seen, the gen isn’t super shiny and the rep’s shines exactly when it needs to.
The red color of the rib on the dial and the crown match well in person

It’s crazy how light it is and is just a beautiful watch overall. I think it’s very expensive but if you love this sort of watch then it’s worth it.
I can best compare it to a Porsche GT3RS. If you want a nice sports car, probably don’t get one of those to start off as it’s very expensive and hardcore, but for the certain audience it’s aimed at, it’s worth every penny.

Just ask your TD (preferably China TD). Most of the updates are just deco in inner movement, they could source it.

I think he means that the changes for each (beside the bezels) are just different colours on the dial deco; there is a lot of deco on this watch but it isn't the kind where there's a standard movement hidden behind plates. It's got a customized Miyota movement with some deco components but not like the cheapo 27s or the old 55s.

27-05 i think its plastic not real ntpt, miyota under a fully deco plate. 67-02 is a modded one with some part of the deco movement working. Its almost impossible to tell when seeing it few meters away like in usual meeting, unlike here most are seeing it through maximum zoomed-in full hd pics, easy to draw conclusions.
People here like to shit on this but its actually a very decent rep, over priced? Absolutely, maybe in 1k range.

Can you change strap colors and size or only the same combination, the watch looks beautiful on you but i have the impression the bracelet doesn't fit your wrist like an elastic band.

Yeah, you can switch straps. They even offer rubber ones now
But being that the original owner had larger wrists than me, that stretched out the band a bit hence the more loose look. But it fits perfectly well and is super comfortable. This is easily the best wearing watch, I often forget it’s even on my wrist
