I think you're the first member to have one I've seen. Any thoughts/comments? I know you said nothing to add but I'm curious about the following : Movement accuracy? Winding? Power reserve? Strap comfortability? Crystal clarity? Thank you.
Got it yesterday, so very preliminary thoughts only.

Strap is kinda tight, prob will be better on a velcro. Watch does indeed look and feel like a toy, due to its incredible lightness and thinness, but in a good way. I'd expect the gen to pretty much feel the same (esp at 28g)

Clarity is perfect, with a credible blueish tint. I've owned other RMs, and the blue tint is very pronounced, so this one is close, esp outdoors.

Disclaimer, i got a dud. Movement doesn't work. Will ship it off for a service. A little disappointed, but its bound to happen i suppose.

Thanks for well wishes!

It was a non td, amowatch. Ordered 1 oct, sent out on 19 oct, including the upgrade.

Should be faster now, think i was a very (too) early adopter.

i have one. but really nothing much to add above what's already been shown. i'm not entertaining comments about how i overpaid, it was a willing buyer willing seller situation.
Damn, looks great! Thanks for sharing.

You are doing a service for us all but yeah. The hidden rule of replicas is to not be the first adoptor of a new watch

jokes aside this thing's an absolute killer. for the smaller-wristed of us lot (im literally a cat so nothing fits on me), improving the curvature and maybe black polishing some of the movement would make it an absolute gem

About qc and such . Who will service it? And what screw driver will be used ?

Will find someone to work on it, failing that, amowatch said i can send it back. I have no idea about the screwdriver.

Tbh in my years in the rep game, the price of the watch has no bearing on whether we get a dud or a proper working watch.

All part of the game

Am I the only one seeing this or is it a matter of angles of the watch?

I uploaded 2 of the same gen pics so you can see it without the highlighting but the darker areas on the movement to give it almost layering and 3d pop whereas the rep has a single colour through out.

On the carbon models its less noticable.

a few pages back this was also brought up - this is due to differences in surface finishing.

On the gen as well on the rep whilst rep seems to have a less prominent finish and the depth of the overarching parts/bridges is not the same. Maybe the anglage on the gen gives it more depth than it actually has.

At least the rep has just a tiny bit of differenc in height to achieve the difference of reflective properties of brushed surfaces on top and samd blasted finish at the mid section.

However if you scroll through the shared images in this thread this effect is also present on the rep.

Looks great but isn’t the strap too big? Would expect it to be snug on the wrist.

No one's responding because if you look at the videos it's simply the brushing direction creating different tins based on the angle you look at it. And that second layer in the rep is super thin and there are far worse things than the brush tiny.

My wrist size is a little over 6.5"

And since the strap is elastic, its actually very snug, and i'm in fact hoping it'll loosen over time.

Else i'd really much prefer a velcro strap.

Without trying the gen, it's hard to be certain, but this watch doesn't sit as well on the wrist as a thicker (but more curved) model like the 55.

Not quite as universal, imo

I’m seeing a few non TD float the watch around on ig. Seems like they are trying to pass it off as “Swiss made replica”
