Received my RC yesterday and as most watches from J12/JF, its very impressive.

I am very happy with the J12 RC, will use it for another Franken project.
Just bought dial, hands and Tachy today. The screws and bezel is amazing.
Case thickness is 15.6 mm. Only 1.2 mm need to go

I can only say Guru is right... The J12 Bezel is really great and a GEN doesn´t worth the Price in my Eyes... The Screws have same Dimension as the GEN Screws... The only different is that the GEN Screws are a little more Flat...
I have check with Domi the Screws Fits absolut Perfect in an GEN Bezel... Must only shape a little on TOP down to get the right Hight... But that´s not a big Deal...

I have check Edges Sale Pics again and i must say the Bezel looks marginal different... So the J12 is more then ok...

I think i know what Guru start to Build :D
If i am right you need an really good Coater... I hope you share the Watch with us when she is Finished...

Where is the extra thickness built on to allow for the 7750?

Is it in the mid case or case back?

I've got a noob safari Franken build that Domi did, and it seems like a lot of material was taken off the case back and bezel gasket, with a little off the mid case itself.

Just wondering how the jfac based builds compare.

Thanks

mid case and caseback is where they add the mm to fit the 7750 movt. i'm sure domi knows what he's doing.

Btw the jf and Noob Case there is no big different, only the mid case self is a little thinner on the jf so if you build an Franken with lwo283 Movement you don't need to shape soooo much at the jf Version.
If you wanna Milling the Case with an 7750 you need a little bit more to do...
Because there is not much space with the 7750 but you can shape them down a little too...

With Coating at guru I mean if I am right he Build an RC RoseGold :)

and when hen you shape the middle Case you lost the DLC Coating on the Back of the Case.
so you must Coate the Complete Case new in RoseGold...

This will be hopefully my next Project :)
