It finally shipped. so looking forward to it. I've ordered a Vs3135 which is on it's way and a gen crown (this crown looks pretty bad and IMHO. That's the only thing I can truly notice but is very subjective.

Edit: typo
Concerning the gen crown: on my ARF (as far I remember), the gen crown was not fitting to the ARF tube. Consequently the tube also needed to be replaced by a gen one. In order to do so, the case needs some rework. May be somebody can confirm / correct my comment

I have a spare gen tube that I’m taking down from my gen 16610LN and I might use it there. But if the case need rework that’s a different story

I am not sure…
I used also a GEN crown on my JF Sub
and if I remember correctly, my watchsmith / modder used the JF tube

But JF /ARF were identically - only difference the 904 stainless steel the ARF had and the JF „normal“ 316 ss

I mean as soon as I get the watch I’ll remove the stem and see if it fit. It’s a 3 sec thing

If it’s like the jf/ARF then the tube they use sits flush with the case. There’s no countersink for the tube gasket.

If you remove the tube, you will be destroying it in the process (no splines to unscrew). You’ll need to counterbore the tube hole so that a gen tube can be installed. Otherwise the thread is correct…

So you confirm that the ARF tube is not 1030 spec and. Does not work with a gen 103 crown?

Only one way to find out, doesn’t matter what you find here - raf is new and “technically” not arf… maybe they made improvements

Yeah. And I will post about it right away as soon as I get the watch. I already have crown and tube anyway.

In case the mod is needed, I did a little research. This what the end resul should look like? Basically creating space for the inner gasket of the tube

He’s gone too far there, bored too big. I did it to my TC (gen tube). I put the tap in a vice then I screwed the watch case onto it. Once it was tapped, I made the space for the gasket just by inserting a screwdriver and twisting it scraping the edges of the hole away by hand. It’s just a tiny edge/shelf you need to create for the gasket to rest it.

Hi guys, this time I need help with my qc 🙃 looking at the cyclops and lec I think that the crystal is slightly rotated clockwise but it's not a problem because I'd replace it with a gen one, but what do you think about the signs on the edge of the dial? Could they be scratches?
Many thanks

Pics looked good enough for me and have submitted an order. Excited for this one as I have been waiting on an ARF for quite awhile.
