I have been waiting and waiting and hoping i would not need to post this review, but sadly the situation remains unresolved

I did a lot of research before choosing an TD

This site was invaluable as were some others.

Eventually i felt confident Puretime where my best choice.

Because i did so much research, i felt confident to place an initial order for 4 watches.

I sent several emails to Puretime to check on availability and ask questions.

I did not just place an order on the website - I discussed all the watches first before ordering.

My order was placed and paid on Feb 22nd 2024

I got QC for the FM on March 12th - received that

On the 14th March i got emails to tell me the Rolex and Joker were no longer available.

Obviously i was not happy as i checked before, more than 3 weeks alter im told, no watches.

Several emails exchanged. I then orded the Rolex from somone else!

Then out of blue - i get QC for the Rolex...!!

I get no proper explanation.

I cancel with other dealer.

I received the Rolex

March 22nd i receive QC for the Bulgari - I replied, Please Send.

I now have the credit for the Joker Watch. I ask about a Chanel J12 for a gift, but first its available, then its not, various emails, but no clear answers.

So Credit still owed

So 5th April i decided to put the credit towards a PP Nautilus. - This is two weeks after my QC for Bulgari and think my watch is in transit to myself

I order from the website, then i write to Puretime - I politely ask for the credit i am due (For the Joker!) to be offset against the PP Nautilus.

This requires several emails, but eventally it seems its sorted.

The Credit i am owed will be used against the Nautilus

April 8th i started asking about Tracking for my Bulgari

Eventually i was sent a tracking number - for the already delivered Rolex

I have now finally been told - I CANCELLED The Joker and the Bulgari....!!

The Bulgari was never sent clearly.

And i need to make a payment for the difference between Credit from Joker and cost of the Nautilus

I have sent so many emails - had so many replies that made no sense.

The worst service ever.

Appalling. Thieves.

I ordered and paid for 4 watches. I have received two.

The order was placed Feb 22nd, its not April 18th

I have been lied to so many times.

I was told the Bulgari was sent to me March 22nd - The QC emails even says, if we dont head back in 24 hours, will assume you are happy - but i did email back to say i was happy and please to send.

But no watch.

I have told them i want the Bulgari Watch and a refund for the Watch they cancelled - The Joker.

But honestly, i will be also happy to get a refund for the two watches.

They have lied so many times.

I feel like they are 100% scamming people

I am very upset.

I think people need to know the truth about PureTime.

Thanks

An Honest Newbie

First of all did you definitely contact the correct PureTime? There are several scam sites masquerading as PureTime. Always use the links provided in the TD section.
I’m going to presume that you did as I don’t think you would have received any watches with a scammer site, but it needs to be asked.

Secondly the reason why TD’s are trusted is that RWI staff can get involved to help to resolve any transaction issues. The procedure for that is to raise a helpdesk ticket via the link on the top bar.

Lastly PureTime is a long time established TD, they have completed 1000’s of transactions with many happy customers. They are 100% not going to tarnish that reputation to scam someone out of $1000 or less. The last thing you should do is start 2 threads using words like scam and thief etc. If you raise a helpdesk ticket your issue will get resolved.

Thanks for that and it makes sense.

But i have to say, this is the 'real' Puretimewatch.io

I did a lot of due diligence first, am aware of all the copy cats etc

Marie, Alice, Elena and co

www.puretimewatch.io

[email protected]

What i wrote is exactly as things have panned out for me.

I accept that perhaps i have been extremely unlucky, but i have sent 20+ emails to puretime trying to fix, resolve and i kept getting told Watch sent, then watch cancelled etc etc etc

Hi. If I may be allowed to give you a suggestion, this is how things often go and this is also how they were 10-15 years ago when I bought loads there. The first password is: "WAIT". It often happens that they assert (I'm not saying it's not true, absolutely
...) that some items were finished during the acquisition of the objects from the factories and the related quality checks because, perhaps, there were other orders before yours of which THEY HAD NOT BEEN ABLE to take into account before accepting your purchases (it's not as if the staff is made up of thousands of coordinated people who have immediate knowledge of which order should go first and which after...) or it could happen that the ordered items are not actually available EVEN AFTER AVAILABILITY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, always for reasons of immediate coordination between the employees and the factories, due to the intrinsic difficulty of managing thousands of buyers... Given this, either you agree to wait again and again (in the end you will have items) or you change products and…. patience . At that time I had another reseller who was practically my best virtual friend (never a problem or a minimal issue ) but - I also called for his return to the scene here - I think he retired. A sincere wish for a speedy resolution. But, if you don't want to drag it out, I softly suggest changing the article(s). Kind regards.

I have no issue waiting. i have waited, the issue is lies.

I was not given the opportunity to wait, 2 of the watches i checked were available and then ordered were not available - i was told they were cancelled - 3 weeks after payment. Then one is sent to me after this cancellation. The other obviously not. And one watch i was told was sent to me, i was even sent QC photos, 3 weeks after this, i am told i cancelled the watch - when i did not cancel it

20+ emails and nothing - no explanation.

No one is having unreasonable demands or being overly demanding - not at all.

But seriously - there is a limit and a minimum level of service surely

Another fuckin' noob that comes here spouting tales of woe and dissing TD's instead of behaving by using the proper channels

There is very good reasons that PT are TD's, and things can and do go wrong in any business (y)

If puretime was a disaster or a scammer he would not have shipped watches or refunded you.

You called them thieves and scammers and all these other horrible things because you didn't get your way and have unrealistic expectations of the replica watch game.

You ordered right at the cusp of Chinese New Year - there is expected to be delays. It happens every year late January to March.

This is an illegal watch industry. Not like shopping for a water bottle at your super market. Put yourself in dealers shoes. Imagine trying to source illegal goods in an authotarian country trying to avoid police. You can go to jail for many years for doing this business.

There are no rules. Things come and go out of stock, factories delay orders and deliveries all the time. The supply chain is shaky. Not the dealers fault. They try their best.

You also ordered 2 very unique watches that are not popular. The wait time for these can be months sometimes. I waited 3 months once for a watch.

Practice some empathy and understanding for the dealers and put yourself in their shoes.

That's all I'm gonna say.

A place of darkness and light a.k.a. EU
Another thread the world didn't need.

This could have been sorted completely in private... Without accusing a Trusted Dealer of lying, scamming and stealing —for no good reason.

By throwing around such heavy and severe accusations, it's not only unfair and uncalled for from the TD's perspective, it's also the equivalent of taking a big fat stinky dump on this community, the mods, and in particular the admins, who vetted and approved the trusted status for this dealer.

I wonder if people dropping such mad rants ever even just remotely consider how offensive and insulting this is, not only to the dealer, but to everyone who's invested in this community, from engaged regular members to our big dawgs at the top, d4m, tb99 et al.?

The only thing I have any issues with in this thread is the claim that PT are scammers and/or thieves. Other than that his points are entirely justified.

He ordered 4 watches 2 months ago and has only received 2 to date.

I know the story well. Every time he sends an email a different employee replies, he gets different answers, no progress is made, no issues are resolved.

It's not acceptable to make such a mess of an order just because there are 4 watches in that order. There are cheaper ways of purchasing fake watches, paying the premium that RWI TD's ask should mean that when you order 4 watches at the same time it shouldn't turn in to an ordeal that lasts for months.

I think if it your first time you should order two watches max, as there will be anxiety already and no need to pile that on with a massive order to people you don't know at all. I even now after 15 years only order 2 watches at a time max. Also if the watches are obscure like the OPs then its best to keep the order small.
