to send the watch to UK for DLC plating and back to china, for shipping to us, isnt this a steal for us?

I doubt it will be DLC'd by the actual Project X company based in the UK, rather a place in China aren't you missing the point that these things are copies of the originals (or am I missing your point totally ?)

Yes that's what I was driving at. It won't be done at Project X.
And I won't be sending my rep diver to London either. That would be looney.

It's due to not being able to even get enough quantity of v4.1's to fulfill normal orders let alone for a 150piece special edition project.. The v4 must be easier for Angus to get hold of.

I don't reckon the crown ends will be DLC'd if this is the case, i asked around a few modders who do the DLC'ing process and none of them could modify the SS crown ends already on the watch. Was unsure if this was being made from scratch or modified but yeah makes it unlikely in that case.

Ok i see, but i think it would be better to wait and have model with the least possible default before making a 150 piece special edition project. I think it's worth to wait even if i know we can wait a long time lol

I haven't ordered as i was already doing it as a custom project.

However last i've read is Angus has finally decided on the hand colour about 2 days ago - since they're using the v4 as a base they could get this done really really quick now.. That said my guess is it will drag on for a good while, it depends how accurate Angus is going to make it, re-luming dials with blue lume etc.
