I've had this as a project for a while now been waiting on my end links and srews to come back DLC'd but i've shed out quite a bit of money on this already and then they announce that bloody puretime are doing it. It's not even a standard gen I really don't get why they are doing it!

Anyway, guess i'll just have to keep mine forever as no way I'll get my money back now. Have the v3.5 diver vac modded with blue enamel hand and blue lume (which is freekin' awesome & thicker than these reps will prob have), the DLC'd casing is ready just need my screws, end links & buckle back then can send off. Still pissed me off though - going to have cost me probably $1k+ by the end. Wonder if they're going to manage to get the crown end's DLC'd, the only thing i can't do.

Still unsure why they'd announce this before a prototype, they could probably knock one out in 1 day.

To all who are asking: there is a gen of this watch. It is made as a one off by Project X, meaning it is not from the AP factory. They produce similar DLC versions of the Rolex models, also as third party modified watches.

The watch is nice IMHO, and I'll pick one up if the carbon diver is never ripped properly. Although the V3 from Puretime has some potential, nothing else has really been good enough yet.

Not sure why you would email, it's pretty clear on the weblink.

Is the ceramic/dlc ever going to be ceramic like it should be? That will be stunning if it is done..

Does anyone know for sure if the crown ends are going to be DLC'd on this? No modders could do this but obviously if they're starting from scratch it would be super easy for them to do - curious.

Talking about it being ready to go in the first few days of September.
Crown ends are also DLC'd

couple of questions:

- from project x's website, looks like it is based in UK, will it be done in the UK n shipped from UK? From a business point of view, does it make $$ sense? and how much are we paying?

- why version 4? was this PT's foresight?
