Thank you

Okay so is there defiantly 2 different versions of this or do some just have a gold canon pin and some silver? I don't get how 2 versions of the same model drop at the same time...

I am interested in buying one especially at this price point but unsure which "version" to go after.

The other version of the 372 is from H fact, just confirmed by Angus over on RG.

Yes it is from the H maker, it is not the same one as on my site. I just knew it today. It is already on Josh's site, you can check it out. Just dont know why they always do this to me... AP Diver CF, and now PAM372... sigh...

Looks not bad. Any one wants a refund or change of mine and please send an email to the Billing department.

My biggest issue is with the movement it's the same movement found on the 375 a cheap A6497 dressed up with glued on plates. All good until one of the plates falls off. Beyond that it is a beautiful watch and the case is fantastic. But unfortunately it falls short because of the movement, but that is just me again I am a movement junkie!!!!

H-fact has the ss cp. and if history serves them, I bet the dial might be better. Josh's pics are crap..

I love the case the most. The questions is, should one wait for the updated version. The wait might be very long,so I'm in for this one.

Also Noob has yet to release their 372.
the big tell on this 372 that it wasn't the Noob release was the pricing, Angus already mentioned that its from another maker that also used a gen as reference ( but Guy in charge of CP was color blind lol!) but is priced as entry level. I suspect the noob will be priced above $300
I couldn't find price for the Hfac version but I did notice that Hfac movement did not have blued screws.
I would be surprised if we ended up with 4 different versions of the 372
1. new maker, as of yet un named, on PT site
2. Hfac on Josh site
3. rumored upcoming Noob release
4 KV version possible?

H factory version looks promising. That'd be my choice if I had to pick one from all the rest.

Marlin does amazing work, improving movements that are fairly accurate OTB further to the point that they are gen-like as he has demonstrated with the manual wind PAMs like the PAM127, PAM217 and PAM111. But so far, Marlin does not improve reps of in-house movements like the P9000 and the P3000.

As to the version question, your guess is as good as anyone's. It becomes an issue of diminishing rate of return, where the makers are comfortable of investing money to improve reps that are nearing 1:1 replication.

Better pics of Angus' 372 on Ryan's InTime.
I'm torn again between both versions. I like case lugs engraving on Angus' while the dial, CP and movement on H fact's.

What did you mean? To me Angus' 372 engraving between the lugs looks better than H fact's based on the pics.

I think the h is the winner here. Josh does not photograph his watches well and I think based on what I've seen it will be strong.

But as always, its a personal choice.
