Yes mate I'm very impressed by the latest version, still not happy with the quality of the pics, aiming to improve and as you say create a separate thread. Kinda hectic at work ATM so might take a few days, also considering hold off on further pics till I get my new iPhone 5 on Friday hoping the quality will be better with it.

Take your time it is important to get a good job in this case. Wirh pictorial and reviw and list of real improvements.
A definitive V3 thread to introduce the link in the PAM GUIDE
If I can help you feel free to contact me.

Only a few quick ones, been busy greasing and sealingPlus gonna be getting dark here soon, pics are a bit rushed don't worry I'll fill this space soon enough.
Amazes me the quality of these 111's, crown guard is stunning nice super sharp edges, engraving of the serial no is awesome, no worries on crystal height obviously just reflections. One thing that pissed me on the previous version I had was the cannon pin had a slight nipple to it, not any more super flat and polished

Sharrkey. Alot of us will be getting the PAM111 soon. It would be nice if you can come up with a tutorial guide on where and how to do greasing and sealing.

My only main concern here mate is that even with me greasing and sealing the rep I'm not claiming water resistance, simple things like the crystal not pressed correct, case back not put back on tight enough with proper watch tool, could potently let water in. You would only know 100% that the watch is Wr would be then to have it checked in a proper tester, most malls have a stall that provide this service for a small fee.
Last thing I would want is loads of members with ruined Pams.

Thanks sharrkey
Interesting comparison
I will study introduce it in PAM GUIDE directly with pics !!
- Inner edgees
- Gap CG-case corrected
- Better Roller (gen like)
- Better lever pin
- Even better finish (more quality brushing

Is it possible a comparison of lever-CG (raised or flush?)

Hi,
Purchased my first rep from Toro. Just received the QC pics and was wondering if I could get some feedback. Anything wrong with this watch? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can the "flaws" on the 111N be modded by members of this forum to be more like the gen?

yes but these flaws are nearly unnoticeable to an expert with the naked eye, let alone a random in a bar or on the street.

Sharrkey, where did you get this from? That strap is super sexy! Is it available as an OEM option because I can't see it on the PAM site?

Most "Flaws" are on the movement. You can consult goin6633 and seek for improvements that make it to be more gen.

IMO, mod the incabloc to Y and replace to a longer swan neck screw and is close enough to a gen.

I would do that, can it be done with someone with very little experience or it should be handled by a pro ?
is there a guide out there ? and where do we buy parts ?

This is suprising, I have had a very good experience with Toro. He might be away for a couple of days, like we all do every now and then. I think all TD's will respond in the end. I know you are frustrated by getting one seized, hardly Toro's fault, but he will sort things out if you treat him with respect, he is only trying to earn a living, like us all.
