I read through the entire 105 pages of post and only found mention for the lever shape different, but it didn't say anything about the correct lug. Would you be so kind to point me to a link that show the difference in the lug shape?
The FAT crown is standard for today PAM111 correct? I don't see any rep that has a thin crown?
Version Noob V3
The lug shape was not completely accurate and the insertion of the lugs to the mid case was no clean and the upper part of the lugs was placed very high near the edge of the cushion shape
Crown was FAT whereas last series of gen PAMs have SLIM crown (NO FAT CROWN TODAY)
Lever had the roller support with a higher angle than gen
CG pin was not perfect
You can see the differences and comparisons in below threads:

Version Noob V4
The lug shape is corrected and the insertion of the lugs to the mid case is almost perfect, the placement of the upper part is very good, maybe a bit detached from the cushion edge. The finish id better than previous version, it is really awesome very gen-like
Crown should be SLIM in a V4, but there are some batches of Noob V4 with FAT crown, but this is not correct
CG pin is really improved
We can see some improved levers (although no completely accurate) in V4 casesets, but it is not easy and the most are like V3 lever (this is a flaw to be corrected in Noob V4
Anyway it happens the same as H maker and KW new casesets, there re a lot of mixing of old and new parts and we must be careful with QC pics.
We wil have to wait for the stabilization of the production to get correct casesets of the new versions from all makers
Good luck
