I would buy this watch in a second if it had the correct color case. Color just appears wayyyy off...different watch off. I would accept the dial as is as on the wrist none would ever notice. Case color jet black vs dark gray can be seen by anyone from across the room.

Very well spotted Rwolf:

- L SWISS MADE L is really a flaw

- I don't see big difference in inscription LUMINOR PANAERAI, unless a little lower font and the whole inscription in lower position and not aligned with the sitck markers @ 10 and 2 like in the gen

More comments

- The "2" is clearly wider

- In general the rep dial is placed higher. I would say general markers layout is smaller. Because "12" base is OK, "3" and "9" are lightly higher but "6" is clearly higher and L SWISS MADE L is almost a font higher

- Since the general dial markers layout is higher and the inscription LUMINOR PANERAI is lower, there is a difference of aligment in rep that doesn't exists in the gen. See below pic. In Gen the PANERAI is aligned with markers @10 and 2. In the Noob there is a difference noticeable in practice

- Logo OP position is perfect

In below pic you can see all differences and more:

VERY IMPORTANT:
Bear in mind that if we make that hard comparison with any replica, even the best ones, we could obtain similar results in the most of them. But really that is not what we are expecting from a new Noob release of a replica waited a year ago and of which we had already very good versions from H maker and others.
This Noob version of PAM 360 is surely a First Class replica, and have some improvements, of course. But we didn't expect such a quality of dial.
One year and a half ago this rep had been a Super replica, but nowadays, and with almost perfect replicas of this watch, people will demand an almost perfect replica.

Please Noob maker reconsider this dial, check the colour of the case and lume, improve the strap a little, and we will guarantee you a big success with your PAM 360 V2.

ALE

The number "3" is totally wrong: in the Noob dial the upper line of the "3" index is shorter than the gen
And yes, the space between "LUMINOR" and "PANERAI" is higher in the Noob dial

IMO the flaws do not bother me and I ordered a noob 360 soon as I saw they were available. Can't wait for it, if its anything like my other noob Pam's I will love it.

Noob fit and finish are always first rate. Case color though ruins this watch for me.

Meah, I'll stick to my Davidsen I think.
At least the colour is closer.

My latest H factory Ive been wearing the past few days and the more I look at the case color the more I like it. There is just something that does not look correct in general with a jet black Pam 360. Sitting here in my living room with light coming through the window behind me my H factory 360 looks JUST like the gen. It has the nice and correct preV hands, superlumed dial and flawless crystal. I have to say that the dial font is ever so slightly too thin vs the gen and as typical the inner cut out of the CG is not as good as the NOOB. There is no doubt however at least in my mind that the overall LOOK of the H factory latest 360 is better than the new noob.

I agree with Rwolf about the "3". Already included. I have not included before because I considered it as a discussed matter. But it is better like that.

I think that the space between LUMINOR and PANERAI is very similar but a little higher in Noob because the fonts are a bit lower in rep.

The real differences are in the alignment between inscription LUMINOR PANERAI and markers. In the gen LUMINOR PANERAI and markers are actually aligned. In the Noob rep the inscription is in a lower position and you can notice the difference. See below pic. "12" base is aligned but the rest is all misaligned. See the differences at the center of the pic.

I'm thinking about it... I'm evalutaing to sold my 005 DLC to one of my friends to take it... I dont know... my 005 is a great build: Kuvarsit case, H crystal (last batch, thicker and superclear), H 005K dial, EL 005H caseback... I will see ;)

My noob 026 case color looks like the picture of the Noob 360 a few posts ago.....right next to the gen 360. Gen 360 is dark gray.....noob 360 is black....or a much darker gray a half shade away from being black.

Hi Perry, my noob 26 is dark grey. Even my H fac 26k is dark grey too.

The idea is that the 026 case and the noob case LOOK to be the same color which is too dark. If you want to call it black or very dark gray either way its too dark. The 026 case color just does not look accurate plain and simple and neither does the noob 360 case set. Ive handled a gen 360 and I can tell you its dark gray but no where near the 026 in color. 026 case is too dark. I am wearing right now my h factory latest version and its case is a tad too light BUT its far closer to the eye vs the gen than the noob case color. Side by side the H factory color looks gray while anyone would classify the 026 case color as black in comparison. I

I understand that the new noob 026 and new 360 are darker.
I understand that the H is lighter in color.

But for some reason my "personal" noob 026 is not as a dark as the new ones. It is ~ 3 months old.

I have seen the gen 360 as well.

It is a VERY NICE rep either way.

To me.......the noob 026 or the noob 360 being soo dark just does not look right. Maybe both watches at least in my eyes look cheap with such a near black case color? Ive been wearing my H factory latest the past few days and love it. In some lighting conditions its dark gray while in full light more of a mid gray. From memory of the gen 360 I handled the h factory is the better choice. My suggestion to everyone is not to buy the noob version and wait for the v2. Lighter case color and fix the dial font and the noob will be the way to go.

Not to beat a dead horse but I went ahead and asked my wife and daughter to characterize the case color of my Noob 026 and H factory 360. My wife without any coaching from me stated the 026 is "black" and the H factory 360 is "dark gray". I then explained the issue to her and she looked at both watches again in direct sunlight. She stated that the 026 is black but MAYBE ever so slightly a shade of very dark gray. The H factory however is absolutely a typical dark gray. My daughter saw no such variation with the 026.."its black". The H factory 360 she termed "dark gray".

Well

It semms clear that Noob 360 is darker than H maker 360. OK??

But is the GEN 360 DARK GREY or ALMOST BLAK ?

Please bear in mind the finish of the surface, we are not talking about the finish of the surface.

Because a fine matt sandblasted surface BLACK always will seem DARK GREY.
In a semi-matt or glossy surface finish colours are more clear.

It will be interesting to know the surface finish in Noob, Gen and H maker. I propose three types.

- Matt ultra fine sandblasted (not at all shine)
- Semi-matt (some polished grade but cloud)
- Polished (glossy)

Concretely we need to know the type of finish of surface and colour in GEN 360.

Thanks
