It is really difficult to catch the colour in a pic
We would need side by side comparisons. But with a series of 300 units it will be almost impossible to get it.

To me the gen looks lighter than the Noob but darker that the latest H.......sort of right in-between.
I have been looking forward to the release for a while now, and honestly, I can overlook all the flaws except for the glaring short '3'.

To me the 3 is a non issue. I like the bolder font vs the h factory latest. I like the impeccable fit and finish of this watch. Very gen like. Having the 026 and knowing this watch will have the same case color bothers me. The 026 is black in color and my perception is that the gen 360 is just not that dark.
When I look at that last gen pam picture..the one in the box and look at my H factory latest the color looks SPOT ON. All other gen pam pics the color looks so dark because of the lighting I presume? I do see however that most of the descriptions of the GEN pam 360 called the case BLACK. Very confusing!
gen360 is pencil lead black, and under different light condition it looks dark grey.
This noob 360 dial is an obvious flaw after seeing the QC photos so far, H fac had done a great job on the 360 and 390 dial, my conclusion is swap the H fac dial into this noob 360 or wait for the noob 360V2 :lol:
Here is the issue though. Assuming what I hear is correct and the noob 360 has the same case color as the noob 026............my 026 looks jet black in all lighting conditions!
Nothing more to contribute other than all this 360 talk lead me to wear my mine. May send it off to Katt to get my pre-v hands installed
Noob case color is too dark...its JET black! It makes the watch just not look right at all. Ive taken my H factory latest, removed the strap, cleaned the head with some windex and warm water to get all the debris and dust out of all the nooks and crannies, replaced the asso strap and I am done. I feel the H factory Pam 360..the latest version, is the better option. Better case color, sharper dial. Ill wait for the NOOB V2 or V3.

Please don't assume some things that they are not proved:
-We don't know if the PAM 026 Noob has the same colour as PAM 360 Noob
-We don¡t know if the PAM 026 GEN has the same colour as PAM 360 GEN
Threfore we cannot assume none of above statements
Is someone know the thruth please let us know.

On Repgeek Angus stated that the Noob 360 would have the same case color as the 026 Noob. I HAVE the 026 and the case color is black as black can be. Looking at the pictures so far posted for the Noob 360 its case color LOOKS just like my 026. Noob 026 is a great watch in terms of fit and finish but the case color is sooo dark it just does not seem to look "right". In full light conditions the GEN 360 does not look black but dark gray. BIG difference between jet black and dark gray.

Very well spotted Rwolf:
- L SWISS MADE L is really a flaw
- I don't see big difference in inscription LUMINOR PANAERAI, unless a little lower font and the whole inscription in lower position and not aligned with the sitck markers @ 10 and 2 like in the gen

- Marker "3" as already known is completely wrong.
- Marker "2" is clearly wider
- In general the rep dial is placed higher. I would say general markers layout is smaller. Because "12" base is OK, "3" and "9" are lightly higher but "6" is clearly higher and L SWISS MADE L is almost a font higher
- Since the general dial markers layout is higher and the inscription LUMINOR PANERAI is lower, there is a difference of aligment in rep that doesn't exists in the gen. See below pic. In Gen the PANERAI is aligned with markers @10 and 2. In the Noob there is a difference noticeable in practice
- Logo OP position is perfect

VERY IMPORTANT:
Bear in mind that if we make that hard comparison with any replica, even the best ones, we could obtain similar results in the most of them. But really that is not what we are expecting from a new Noob release of a replica waited a year ago and of which we had already very good versions from H maker and others.
This Noob version of PAM 360 is surely a First Class replica, and have some improvements, of course. But we didn't expect such a quality of dial.
One year and a half ago this rep had been a Super replica, but nowadays, and with almost perfect replicas of this watch, people will demand an almost perfect replica.
Please Noob maker reconsider this dial, check the colour of the case and lume, improve the strap a little, and we will guarantee you a big success with your PAM 360 V2.
