Seagul movement is the shit. Stable as and its been keeping like +10s every month for the past 3-4 months now.

Awesome movement. Why the change to 7750? More accessible?

Is there any dealer offering the fixed screw version in combination with a seagull movement?

Don't really want to pull the trigger on the PAM505 with 7750 when i read everywhere that the seagull is so much better in time keeping

You can't have your cake and eat it too. But I would think getting a V1 and then buying a set of replacement screws from panatime would be better than getting one with a 7750 but then having to replace the movement (which isn't readily available AFAIK, I might be wrong). In fact I thought I saw someone selling his brand new V1 WITH replacement screws (wanted to be prepared) at one of the other fora.

a7750 works fine with me for years, no issues in that regards. And the fixed lug problem makes the V2 SUPERIOR in my opinion.

ok, does the Dealer Kuvarsit have anything to do with the maker KW? it it like buying directly from the maker? They are not the cheapest ones but thats were i currently plan to order from

As for the lug issues on rep rads, I just came across this on p.com. Seems like a solid solution. If kw and the other rep makers start doing this we may have resolved the lug issue on rep rads.

They are different concept of replicas

PAM 292 is more accurate because the ceramic material and the wieght is the same as gen and caseback is solid hiding the flaws of movement

PAM 505 is more difficult to copy because it is more complex with display caseback and "Manifattura" movement. Due to it is made of SS DLC coated, weight and material will be different from gen.

Therefore answering your question: PAM 292J is more accurate than PAM 505

Thanks for the reply ALE. So aside from the accuracy to the gen, from your handling of the PAM292J and KW PAM505, which one do you think is a better watch in itself in terms of the feel of the overall watch quality, e.g. sharpness of edges, quality of dial/hands/lume etc.?

I've read about cases of the 292J crown cracking into pieces, a little concerned about that as well...I intend to keep these watches for a good while, if I decide to buy them.

I'm not sure but KW has included a solution of sleeves like that in last V2 series I think they are made of metal
ZFac PAM 505 has also these sleeves made on rubber. They are a bit delicate. I have just changed a strap in a sample of PAM 505 ZFac sent to me by Mark of TSWatches.

Please inform owners about their experiences

I have sold one Pam, just have to sell one more to warrant purchasing the 388.

I love to wear my 380 with my brown suede Gucci loafers (I feel the horse bit matches the Rad)

The 388 will be for my black leather Gucci loafers.

Good choice of shoes and watches. I might get myself a 388, sold my 177 and 026k been wearing my gen IWC Doppel and a Rolex TC sub and Now a TC parts Swiss movement BP SD. Have always hankered after a Rad, I tried a 388 on in London last year, nice
