It is a Vintage looking watch, with a lower profile then your usual 47mm Pams.
I do prefer the 372 as it embodies the vintage soul of Panerai imo.
But this 622 is a nice addition in ones Pam collection, dress her with a nice tanned vintagized strap and you have a winner.
my verdict: TO Buy, keeping in mind it cannot be your only Pam as it misses the Panerai Kick

Good news for me - my wrist is 6.75 too and flat. If is not a problem - post Your watch on the wrist.
I also have a "6.75 wrist. Not gonna lie, it does look big, but it quickly turned into my favorite watch ever!!!

This is so beautiful. Stuck between this and a 587, but from what I have researched there is not a high quality 587 rep right?

I am unsure, but is the gap between "N" and "E" (PAN_ERAI) not a bit to wide?
And "6" and "9" looks a bit dippy for me? Could it be?
