From what I understand, you would need three fixes:
- Print new star on a transparent transfer sheet for the first disk
- Print the real star pattern on a normal transfer sheet and replace the existing dial pattern. Put some lack finish
- 3D print a white bottom moon phase disk and print a star background on a normal transfer sheet to fill the interval between each moonphase
