Aren’t the dials always a hair off on these models causing the date wheel to look crooked? That’s what I’ve experienced in the past. Be careful on QC inspection folks.

the DW always tends to cut the left edge of the date window - that's how Patek designed the typography.

Why that is? I have no clue...

You can see it on almost every double digit number when you are browsing C24...

Company by the name of Splendore Unique is charging $4000 USD to make the dial as an aftermarket alternative for people who own a 5711, and it doesn’t even say Tiffany & Co. on it ????????

Yes they cannot put Tiffany in the dial as it is a trademark. However if you look at the bottom you will see «Splendorunique » written.

Neither of the dials can be called as gen like. The colors are both wrong. Btw wearing this rep outside without owning a private airplane is a dead giveaway.
