Well here we are almost 2 years later. I’m about to buy a 3Kf from trusty time $678 and womdering if these problems were resolved or if they are the same. Meaning some components of the PPF are better than the 3KF. Appreciate your thoughts.

They use the same movement and case, however the modded one is using an aftermarket dial, hands and datewheel from the factory known as BUFF. Up to you whether the modded one provides a better or closer to gen experience that you think is worth the money.
