Is your lever still "snap" and how is the tension? I'm assuming this is fixed with your o-ring? Where to get the o-ring?

Here is what I've done. This is not a tutorial. It is simply what I've done. I am not responsible if your 005 become pinball parts. hope this helps.

Remove caseback
remove crown guard

Unscrew crown screw a few turns till crown is loose and able to pull out. DO NOT UNSCREW FULLY!

Take the bitch out

Add rubber o-rings (i took these off of a spare crown I had laying around)

The o-rings stacked (depending on how much you dremel the crown is how many orings you need.

The crown dremeled

Insert crown and tighten screw.

005 comes with a low beat movements. i swapped this with a 111j high movement to bring that bitch up to a superrep status. i wished they did come with better movement.

When doing a movement swap do you need to swap the stem/crown as well ?? or are all 6497 stems interchangeable ...
I would like to put my 111J movement in my 177L ...

No issue with the crown/stem. Just put a high beat in my 219 today. Seed said he had some problems with the hands on the hublot factory's but so I bought a 111 set but didn't need it.

Now to find another high beat for my 177.
