The most clever purchase is the KW fitted with decorated Seagull NON-inverted, accurate and cheaper.
The more evident flaw is the narrower and non polished chamfered external upper edge of the bezel (this edge is not perfect in ZFac either), but the rest of the watch is much better than ZFac version (even the lume). KW is even more consistent in quality

Besides we know perfectly the bronze material that KW rep is made of (unfortunately we have no info about ZFac bronze material).

I am still not sure what the difference in reliabilty is between the 7750 and Seagull. The 7750 with chrono function is a piece of shit, but without the chrono it is said to be pretty reliable.

Is it worth it to sell my KW v2 and buy a KW Seagull?

Why would you do that? Both have their strong and weak points, none is perfect. If you already have a 7750 based version, keep it

I assume that the KW V4 is the better version since the earlier KW versions are still better than ZF.

We can say that last KW version and last Zfac version are on par, with some differences. The choice will be just a taste matter


KW evident flaw: the upper external edge of the bezel narrower than gen and no well polished
ZFac evident flaw: The cannon pinion ZF type with raised ring. The upper external edge of the bezel is not accurate but better than KW

Movement:
KW can be fitted with KW P.3000 decorated Seagull NON-inverted KP9000-Seagull V2, with balance wheel @6 whereas gen is @7. Accurate enough and reliable.
ZFac last version is fitted with the ZFac P.3000 decorated A7750 NON-inverted and improved decoration ZP9000-V2.5, balance wheel is @11 instead of @7 like gen, but the overall layout is quite accurate when the movement is rotated about 90º.

Regarding price: the best price would be KW with Seagulll NON-inverted

KW with Seagull movement. I have had it for a week. Already developing some patina.
At first leather strap smelled badly. But now, after swimming with it in Adriatic sea for a week and drying it all the time in sun, smell has gone away.

I am guite happy with the purchase. Looks good on the wrist. Keeps time very well (+3 sec / day) and is now waterproof (I did grease the seals before going into sea). Perfect holiday watch!
