PAM 382 Bronzo - QC Pics allowed Thread

I like the look. Good start on the patina. If you wish, it would easily clean up. Looks like a nice piece to me.
Just received KW ST QCs and wondering about the patina/finish. A bit more uneven than I've seen here in other pics--bezel hash marker area, etc. I'd likely strip and start over trying for a more even patina. Would this clean up nicely? Other issues?
I cleaned mine with equal parts vinegar, flour, and salt. Took 60 seconds and shined up instantly. Here is mine after the salt water and ammonia patina:
I have to say though, your watch patina looks nice to me...guess it depends on what look you are going for.

lovely watch, too bad for the open back... I would prefer it not to be identical to the GEN in that but avoid horrible cosmetic plates on the movement....
Think it depends on what you use. In my case, the ammonia give the bronze a blue patina and it definitely is not rubbing off.

Supongo que has pedido un KW-V6Fac con Seagulll NON-inverted, porque ese es el modelo que te han enviado
Todo es correcto, lo único que tiene es que la Crown Guard no tiene las esquinas achaflanadas. Mira algunas fotos más para que veas de lo que hablo. Ocurre muchas veces en KW últimamente.
Como el resto está muy bien, no se si te merece la pena cambiar
Siempre puedes modificarlas tu mismo

que la corona esta muy separada de la caja, por lo demas lo he visto todo bien. Si me quedo con este reloj, ¿como hago las modificaciones?

La corona no la veo mal, es correcta la posicion
Respecto a los chaflanes tienes que intentar hacerlos más o menos como se indica en la foto, pero hazlos un poco menos pronunciados, si tienes que agrandarlos siempre estás a tiempo
Para ello tienes que desmontar el protector quitando los dos tornillos y hacer los 4 chaflanes con una lima fina, una buena de uñas puede valer. Tienes que fijar el protector con algo para limar bien y comodamente. Si el acabado te queda un poco aspero utiliza al final una lija muy fina. Prepárate con cuidado para hacer todo bien

Lo primero feliz año.
Al final rechaze el reloj porque no me atrevo hacer esas cosas y lo que no quiero tampoco es cogerle mania.
Lo que me estraña es que Purotime me ha contestado diciendo que lo van a mandar a fabrica para rectificarlo y que tenga paciencia.
¿Es normal eso? yo pensaba que tenian mas unidades y te mandaban fotos CQ de otro reloj.

I have seen you have also posted your QC pics in RG, therefore you have already got some reps from almost silly to wise ones, as I expected
Well, the CG has NO chamfered corners
+11 sec/day is correct for a rep and even for many gens
I think 240º amplitude is a bit on the limit
