I also gave in and ordered one yesterday from Toro Bravo, along with his new Asso strap!

In my limited experience, you're usually looking at about a 3 day wait for QC pics, but I'm sure it depends on your TD.

Kind of like the bob strap? Which color did you get. I asked for black plain strap to go with more gen look.

I've also got a "worn out hand-stitched tan" strap coming with it. I really like brown leather straps on PAMs, although I'm thinking about a black leather strap for my yet to be ordered 177, unless I go for a 127 first...!

Why do I keep hearing that everyone scratches this watch? Is there not anyone who has successfully changed the strap without scratching the watch?

I am thinking to put tape on the screwdriver itself as well....to not scratch the screwdriver head.

I was about to order this one from toro but picked up the latest 380 instead from another member, which means, I'll probably buy this one too soon.

I have my 292M on a thick brown strap.... Looks stunning on the wrist... Oh, and I haven't scratched it...

I bought a watch repair kit off Amazon, I use the flathead screwdriver and am gentle with it. I only changed the strap once, as I knew what I wanted (brown strap). The tip I read and will reiterate, find a strap you like and keep it on there, no need to change straps everyday with 292.

I believe that Panatime sells replacement kits if you **** up the screws, so don't worry too much

What width are the straps for the Radiomir models? I thought I'd read 27mm...

Gen width is 27mm I believe. Most of the reps come with 26mm straps as 27mm is an odd size. Unless you custom order a strap, most will be 26mm.

I'm rocking a 24mm strap and it looks and feels fine... It comes with a 26mm strap though. JH

So guys I received the watch from the TD. It's beautiful. There's an issue. You can see the PVD coating on the crown missing... Ita not apparent inside. But if you are outdoors, and you look you can see a white spots on the crown.

I wanna ask should I be reporting this to my TD or that's the best condition these super replicas come in.

Wouldn't be acceptable in my book... Any way to take a more clear pic of the PVD? Which TD did you go through? You would think they would have caught that in QC process...
