My 2 cents...to the best of my knowledge it looks like the typical V3/V4.

The Officine Panerai text is suposed to be engraved and these look like sickers. It could be the angle of the picture.

Well it's not a v3 or v4 please look at one of the earlier posts referencing these models you will see the differences yourself but as others have said a lot is wrong with this early rep. Sorry it may not even be a v1

Hey guys. For those who are interested, my QC here. So the screw isn't touching the lever as usual , but the photo is shot from such an unfortunate angle that i can't even see if the screw is of enough length itself. Apart from that, no visible flaws for me.
What do you think, should i accept the watch?

The micro adjustment screw is never long enough [emoji849]but if you are brave/talented with mini tools it's possible to remove screw cut it and then glue back the two halves to give the illusion of a longer length
