I think it's a bad batch of swan neck assemblies that are drilled and tapped oversize and as mysterio says the factory don't think it's worth fixing as it's decorative, and it's there when it leaves the factory.... what happens afterwards is not their problem.

I am thinking it's possible to cut the screw and fix it back in using superglue (very small amount) one half against the adjustment lever the other projecting out the other side

Hi everyone, I'm buying my first rep (decided on the iconic PAM111 Noob 'v4'). Can anyone help me out in discerning whether this is a true "v4 Noob" version PAM111? Or is it a combination of
v3 and v4? Also, it seems that having the micrometer screw loose is a common problem on these PAM111 reps, anyone know if the watch in my QC photos show this issue of micrometric screw being loose? I've tried looking at it and am not sure or am too inexperienced to really tell if it is loose or not. Any help is appreciated!

So whats the consensus? Can you just remove the micrometer screw if it falls out and leave it out? Why would you put it back if its decorative only? And if left in, should it be screwed all the way in so it touches the lever between + - (not sure of the name)

Your micrometer screw is not touching the regulator lever. I would assume is loose.

Screwing all the way can tighten the micrometer screw, but not sure if it will affect the time because you are pushing to the - in order to make it tight. Maybe the rest can advise.

The whole swan neck assembly is decoration only and so yes you can remove the screw or tighten it and it will have no effect

@ALE7575 please have a look if you don't mind. I just got this watch and I am curious. :)
The value and level to detail on these Pams is insane as is the lume. Couldn't be happier!
