You do not have the highest post count on the forum, but you did use some of those elusive posts to comment on my previous musings about the SMP.
Glad to have you on here @
yllekp!

I am so glad you are here too. You have been involved from that start on my pilgrimage.
THank you my friend.
Congrats, sir. Looking forward to another great 2500+ posts.
Cheers! :drinks_cheers:
Thank you C, my first real taste of the SMP came from you. I could not resist buying the gen after receiving your beautiful franken. I thought the franken would be enough for me but this stuff is rather addictive.
Its an honor to be among all these great members
How could I not include a fellow Omega addict like you? Thank you for all your help on the 4 digits too
hopefully one day will be up there on the pst count of 2500 and you will be a Mod
Do no wish that on me lol. I have had only a glimpse of what these guys do for us, that is something I would not take on lightly. Thanks for your vote of confidence N
Congrats on the 2.500th post milestone achieved. You´re spending way, way too much time on rwi
Always fun to have You around and great pics. Honoured to be mentioned together with great members here. Thanks Yllekp
DW from my perspective you are the most consistent member on the forum, always ready to share your knowledge. You have pointed me in the right direction many times, directly and indirectly. It was an honour to mention you here.
May the force be with you. OSS!
Arigat?gozaimashita
I don`t know, how i´ve deserved the mention here, but i also would like to congratulate you to your 2500st post in this forum.
I don`t know you well, but what i know, is that you are a helpfull and friendly guy. One of that sort i think, i would like to have as a friend in real life.
Papabear when I was looking through my musings about the SMP you were there quite regularly. It is a privilege to mention you here and thank you for the kinds words.
It's crazy how a hobby can make friends of people from all over the world. Congrats and thanks for being a model forum member and friend. Here's to the next 2500 posts

Thank you for that J. I am just being me
Although I do have a tendency to talk too much or so I am told by my wife. So 2,500 new posts will not bve a problem lol.
I'm proud to be on that list although I have't been of a big hel with your SMP.
Thanks for beong real asset to the community and congrats on a 2.5k!
I have always enjoyed our chats my friend. I cannot wait to see yours when you get. As I have always said do not rush it
@
yllekp may you have 250000 more posts and experiences here mate. Glad to be with you here!
Thank you, without your guides I would have never have found my way around Cousins. I will definitely need a few weeks though to make it to 250,000 posts. Stay tuned lol.
Dave it is a pleasure to know you. Each day I log in and just trawl through your posts. There is no surprise why you were moderator of the year.
Nice review, bud. And congrats on the pickup.
Yep, nothin' like the gen.
Thank you Tommy, again you were someone that was advising me right from the start. I am so grateful
Huge congrats on 2500 posts P and thanks for the nice mention!
I've complimented you on this pickup a couple times already and I'm thrilled to do so again. It's truly a beauty. I've owned the gen in several configurations several times starting around 2002/03. Started with a fullsize auto, traded it for another watch and a midsize quartz, sold the midsize and bought a fullsize quartz, and eventually sold IT and bought a 2532.80, which I let go a couple years ago because it just didn't scratch the itch like the Bond did. I miss every single one of them now and I'm sure I'll buy another one day.
Although I will say, respectfully, that I much prefer the faded original hands you posted in your first pics when you got this beauty. I know some people don't like how the red fades to orange and eventually to white, but I love it. It gives the watch some "character" and I guess I'm a big fan of "character" on my watches, especially tool watches like this. That said, the new ones are stunning as well and the red really pops, especially against the old style dial.
Enjoy it in the best of health and again, congrats on 2500 posts!
Scott thank you and you are right about the hands. The minute I saw it when it came back from servicing I knew I made a mistake. The next time I need work done I will probably get the watch maker to put back on the original hands.
If you get another Bond let me be the first to know lol.
Appreciate the mention! Enjoy your Bond 2531.80... Do reach out to me if you require any info with regards to any Bond Omega watches ;-)
Cheers!
With that, my Bond and Big Ben says hi...
I remember that photo well. Thank you again
