Miyota 8015 has well known stutter. Pot luck if it's less obvious. So does the Valjoux 7750. Very difficult to fine tune. I have a gen 7750 with chrono function removed so has a constant running centre seconds with noticeable stutter.

Worst stutter I've ever seen was on a gen IWC ceramic Ingenieur. It was so bad I simply wouldn't have bought it just for that. Apparently it's a known fault with the gen movement. Didn't happen when IWC still used ETA movements.

Quite odd about the ss bracelet being out of stock. One would think the bracelet comes with the watch case so it should be of even quantities...

I wish someone would accurately rep that nato band, the Omega text on it is awesome.

Also, the watch featured in the movie doesn't have the lollipop second hand for those of you keeping track...

Interesting. Close up shots of the watch is clearly the lollipop hand. But its the one he wears on the wrist throughout the movie that I've been trying to spot it myself when the watch can be seen on the wrist in the movie, but seriously very hard to tell. The clearest shot of the watch on his wrist was the scene in the train when he was having drinks with Madeleine, but even that was hard to spot. It's rumoured that he wore a normal SM300 on Nato and the limited edition was added in post production and was used only for close ups of the watch.

Ive been in communication with Ryan about the sm300. I placed my order on Nov 19th. But after he confirmed that the factory is going to release a new batch in a couple of weeks I told him I'll wait. A couple of weeks mark was Nov 24th. So still have some time to wait. Not sure why he wouldnt be getting back to you unless he is waiting for the new batch to come out. Isnt like Ryan to not respond.

Is the V2 a rumour or is it confirmed? Coz I'm hearing mixed infos abt it. Will the difference be just the brushed bracelet and a better more accurate Nato strap? Or will the bezel be fixed too?

As for the bracelet, I don't mind the PCL one on the current one though..

.... engraving the NATO strap or re-do the metal parts on it is no big deal
.... changing the uni-directional bezel into a bi-directional one is no big deal
.... updating the bezel needs a complete new bezel, slimmed down and adding a wider silver-inner-ring ... is indeed A BIG DEAL

So I fear the V2 will only have cosmetics and no real improvements.

Anyway ... I´ll get me one as soon as V2 is out.

Yeah I agree completely. I highly doubt they will change the bezel anytime soon.

No doubt abt the bezel. Which is why i can't be bothered to wait for the v2 unless its guaranteed that it will be with an updated, more accurate bezel. Otherwise, I'm good with whats available now. Nato strap, no problem, i have the gen nato minus the 007 logo of course. Bracelet, if the pcl bothers me, i will bring it to a local shop to have it brushed. Bi directional bezel issue, not a big deal. So yeah, I'm good with the current one.

The lollipop second hand is clearly seen when Bond is using the "alarm." I'd pull a screenshot if I could find it but it's 100% the lollipop.

I agree about the strap though. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to rep a good one. Gen Nato would be nice but I don't really want to drop $170-200 for one. You'd think that Nato would be easy to replicate too... At least compared to all the bracelets and other straps rep makers create.

Well, nothing is confirmed until we see a post with pictures. With all that, I read a post on a different thread and PM'd the member who stated that his TD(from another forum) had indicated a new version with corrected bracelet and strap would be out in a couple of weeks. With that information, I contacted Ryan to see if he could confirm. Initially, he responded with he hadnt heard anything, then followed up with another email saying "good news" factory will release in a couple of weeks a new watch with strap and bracelet. I began to ask about the bezel, but its just better to wait and see what comes out. At least for those who are willing to wait. I told Ryan I was willing to wait. that was Nov 24th. Today I received QC images, but they are the same watch as the first release. So I emailed Ryan asking if this is the first batch or second. Waiting for a response. ....
