Haven’t had the chance to unwrap it, so hard to judge bracelet quality etc.

Will compare it with my vsf next week (when I’m back home).

The ceramic dial looks stunning.

Based on pictures, I thought the pearl would look ugly but it doesn’t look off in real life.

The date font is silver and the print is raised. Looks good to me.

Will take pics next week as I don’t have the watch with me.

What about the 12 marker? Is it straight on these now? All the previous batches had some seriously fucked up wonky 12s. Yours looks alright - mind posting a full straight shot?

I have a V2 with the second hand painted red. I wonder if a TD can source the dial, that's the only real difference correct?

I always thought the only flaw that really stood out with these was the date window.

I'll be spending more time with it later today. It's still all wrapped up.

I did test the clasp and bezel and clicks are fine. Infact clasp click is better than my vsf planet Ocean

If they put the correct date wheel in and try a little harder on the endlinks, I'd say this is as good as it gets, yes. BUT! It seems they'll never be able to replicate the liquidmetal in the bezel which is very obvious tell once you've seen the original - and with the new POs now all sporting liquidmetal bezels, more people will be able to distinguish it from the glossy paintjob that they use on the reps.
