Should be an easy fix for a "smith"...reset the hands...or were they "right" and this just started?

There's no doubt the hour hand is not set...my question was were the hands set correctly when you got the watch?
This QC photo would suggest the hands were not align even before TFDM got the watch. The time here is supposed to be 10:08 but the hour hand has not even made it to the 10 o'clock marker. If aligned correctly, it would be slightly past that marker by 10:08. The fix may be as easy as removing and resitting the hands so they start together and aligned at the 12 o'clock position.

That would be great... anybody know who can do that in Holland? But it seams it got worse, check this new just now pic:
Wow. It does look like it has gotten worse over time. There may be other issues here than just misaligned hands. Something is affecting the hour hand gears.

It's off...the hour hand should be moving toward 11 a bit in that photo...it's still the other side of 10.
And it is off more in the later pic, so you may have other issues. Might be worth contacting TD and seeing about repair/replace. I know it's a pain in the ass to send it back to China, but you start messing with a tourbillon movement and you're asking for trouble.
