Good to know its reliable too. I find the rotor abit loud but it finally stopped at 66hours so again, happy camper. Pretty sure this one's a keeper

I'm just experiencing customs seizure with DHL. Two expensive watches, one a tourbillon.
If the order is seized, do you know if there's a possibility to get the package re send to China?

As I mentioned, I use DHL. I am in California, so all the customs stuff passes through Los Angeles. I have ordered 5 watches, none have been held in customs!

I work with TS watches and they aren't backing me at all.
They tell me that if the watches are seized it's my loss, not theirs.

Do you buy whole sale from TS? If not, that's not very nice of them.
I'd switch TD as many other here offer better communication and overall service. Also they will compensate for seized watch.
Intime, chazingtime and Puretime are all top notch. I use Puretime and they always go beyond their stated responsibility.
It all depends on what has been agreed before. If you bought wholesale, you got a better price because you waived the protection. Also, sending five watches in one go is very risky nowadays and practically begging for confiscation.
If the dealer problem persists, go to the helpdesk and describe the problem. Make sure you include the dealer's policy so we can work from there. A trusted dealer is called for a reason, it has to stay that way.

I buy from Puretime always never a issue to date sometimes the price is a few dollars more but at the end of the day it's worth it
Here in NY its hit or miss majority will make it thru but usually the inspect a whole plane and Customs take there sweat time it has taken almost a month to go thru

I have been buying from TS a Watches for about two years, but in this last order I bought four watches at once and they offered me a better price. In all my orders they had told me before that customs clearance would be covered.
The thing is that when this order (only two of the watches) got seized they reminded me of a mail they sent me from last year with information about wholesale prices not being customs clearance warranted. But it was info from last year! I believe it's a way of just saying "we told you, it doesn't matter when".
If they would have said that this year in July when I placed the order, I would have just paid regular prices and be covered.
Anyways, they're not backing me up in any way so far. Not even offering a disscount for re buying the same watches. After two years of buying from them on a regular basis.
