seagull has taken a turn all of a sudden and is now committing to building expensive high quality pieces..

That dual axis tourby movement alone would cost round $3000-$5000. You can fund a really nice gen with that. Sea gull really stepped up but I don't think they can really market this at their set price. I really hope they can rep this Lol

Is it possible to put a tourby into a rep watch? This is a newbie question I know, but I have a watch that has a balance wheel showing pretending to be a tourby. So is it possible to put in a real one in its place or is it impossible?

There's many reps with tourbies, but if you want to replace "open heart" balance wheel with real tourby cage - no, it's impossible.

The basic Seagull tourbillon in stainless steel retails for more than that, and the double axis tourbillon only comes in precious metals.

Tourbillon's on Sea Gull's US website start at $5900.00 and go as high as $12,900.00. Seagull does offer a lifetime warranty.
