yea the other two are not very close to gen.

the middle one has actually been updated.. there is an even more expensive model, but it is an automatic with a rotor.

so in your opinion Sir, which other tourbys are closer to the gens?

what is your assessment of JLC and ALS ?

Do you realize that the GEN's are $90,000.00? None of my family or friends would think that the Breguet I am wearing is a GEN. My point being, buy the watch that you like and meets your budget.

I agree with you 100%, I guess I got off topic. Didn't mean to preach. I enjoy the REP hobby a great deal, but it's a hobby. I see so many forum members get so wrapped up in the minutiae of the REP's they don't enjoy the watch as a engineering marvel of small delicate precise parts. I guess that's why I am so attracted to Tourbillons.

the watch ticks kind of loud, is this how these movements are? the time keeps pretty accurate though

yeah the skele movement looks sick!

yup, the tourbys with the movement same as the JLC will have very very loud ticking. similar to a 6497

Tourby Sold at RWG. The hunt continues. Doesn't someone here want to sell a Tourby? (cheap).

most of these tourbys are 40mm or 42mm.. the only large tourby is the HBB, which is 45mm

I thought the JLC tourbillon was 43mm, perhaps I should reconsider. The JLC is the one that I like the most.
