Official 5711 PPF V2 Thread

As I received the PPF blue V2 today,
And already had a PF blue dial for a while.
For me, I like the radial-gradient effect of PF dail but I preferred blue-greyish shade of PPF (PPF Don’t have that gradient effect. It’s look kinda matte)
And all the flaws like fat bezel, protrude crown right aligned date, misaligned marker don’t bother me that much. They were not noticeable on wrist with bare eye.
PF bracelet feels more smooth and rigid but PPF bracelet feels sharp and rattle. After oil bath it feel a little bit better.
I’ve read all of the nautilus posts and can’t find any correct answer. so just get both of them experienced with your self and keep one you like.but for me I’ll keep them both.

Man, the PPF bezel thickness and crown protrusion really stand out when you hold it side-by-side the PF.... still both amazing watches, though.
People who have had it for a while - did you secure the ceramic ball on the clasp in anyway? Mine's in route but I'm scared I'm going to run into that clasp issue that plagued the v1 white.

Yes, my 1st clasp lost both a pin and a ball. So I got a 2nd one that I asked my watchsmith to glue the ceramic balls, open the clasp just a tiny bit to decrease pressure on the balls, and remove and glue back the pins that hold the clasp. So far so good.

As far as I know I should go for a PF base and take dial + hands from my ppf right?
I addition I am planning to buy a Keylog DW + maybe a gen dial at the end of the year. Any thoughts to my plan?
Is there a modder within the EU who would like to build my dream watch - should I ask domi?

For White one atleast from my own behalf there is no need for gen dial but yes PF base with PPF dial,hands and movement would be good build.

Ja sorry accidently typed one p more my bad and i think you should add PPF caseback to it to idk my guess its thinner than the PF one?

- movement is the same? I dont get it why keylog offering 2 versions from his DW (PPF and PF)

Maybe because of the case tolerances are different? that's my guess i don't have any experiences with PP mods.

The calendar windows are located slightly different on the dials of the PPF and PF. The PF is more gen like in this regard.
So will the swapping dials between PF and PPF be possible without any trouble or there will be adjustment to do?
