I would be rather curious to see if anyone decides to build something out of a DIW carbon or ceramic case set. That might actually get me to consider a modern Daytona. I could easily see a meteorite dial against carbon fibre or an aventurine dial on ceramic (think AET white case set).

Im waiting on the CF baguette base and then adding a CF metal bezel, Deep crystal and plating via Martin. I was originally going to do this with a BTF but was advised “CF is much better really based on color, text , and markers etc. Worthy to wait.”
Diamond marker dial only : I heard CF's dial is better, bezel the same, everything else is eh, BTF takes it in the pushers, CF takes it in the case, BTF has the correct claspHmm I heard BTF
For the other one, Clean's dial is better but they fucked up the hands (literally the same mistake BTF made on their v1), and the clasp is still wrong,

I was advised by Martin that while the sample had the wrong hands they will be addressed for the first batch production models. TBD.

I think the non-black stripe hands look better on the diamond dial anyway. That's how I'm doing mine. Also Rolex changed to that in 2023. Ofc no ice blue subdials now either. What a backwards step IMO.

It's a base DIW Carbon Fiber with a CLEAN racing dial with modded 369 markers. The dial swap is standard, fit is 1:1 on the DIW SA4130.
The modded markers can come from another rep dial (roman numeral meteorite) but I used an old Noob Panda markers and painted the lume plots black.
Also I had to souce the red hands - Ali Express has them.
Sorry, some pics are out of sequence. It's too hard to fix it when copied from another post since the pics are copied and not the links.
